To whom it may concern:
It has come to my attention that the planning commission and the city council are reviewing Alex's
Lawn and Turf conditional use permit. I must say I have ordered materials from this company many
times and always have had a positive experience. Why would the city not want a business that caters to
the residents. Why would the city want its residents to leave the city to purchase goods and services. i
hope you will consider ALL the residents of the city and not only a select few. Thank you for your time.

Just wanted to drop you a note and tell you how excited I am that you
guys have bulk landscaping products so close to my house. We used to
have to travel quite a ways to get mulch, rocks, etc in large quantities. I
think you guys are doing a great job and t appreciate all that you do for
our community.

Hey just a quick note to let
You know how thankful we are
That you are selling landscape materials in the city of centerville.
After forestland nursery and Goetz closed years ago we had-to drive
all the way to ham lake to get items. It sure is handy having you so
close.
