PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Planning and Zoning Commission held its regular
meeting on Tuesday, March 5, 2019 at 6:30 p.m.
PRESENT: Chairperson Darrin Mosher
Commissioner Ben Fehrenbacher
Commissioner Darrell (DJ) Olson, Jr.
Commissioner Linda Broussard Vickers 0
Commissioner Mark Haiden
ABSENT: Commissioner Kim Ganzel
Commissioner Nick Twohy
STAFF: City Clerk, Teresa Bender
OTHERS PRESENT: City Council Liaison Russ Koski
L CALL TO ORDER.
The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Chairperson Mosher.
1. Roll Call- All present except Commissioners Ganzel and Twohy.

No changes to the agenda were requested.
Motion by Commissioner Broussard Vickers, seconded by Commissioner Haiden to
Approve the Agenda as presented. All in favor. Motion carried.

VI. OLD BUSINESS
1. 20th Avenue Zoning Issues
City Administrator Statz stated that Staff met, discussed neighboring/similar sized
communities and provided the proposed changes to zoning districts and associated
permitted and conditional uses.
