Promotional Video
Staff has been in contact with the video developer who helped the Anoka County Regional Economic
Development group put together their promotional video. We hope to have a proposal from the consultant in
time for the meeting, but do not yet have it for inclusion in the agenda packet.

2020 Goals and Strategic Plan
The city council has informally suggested that the EDA should develop a Strategic Plan. Staff would like to
engage the EDA in conversation about that plan.
