TITLE OF ISSUE:
Sledding Hill Light
BACKGROUND AND SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION:
In conjunction with the Irrigation System Expansion project for LaMotte Park, the city asked for a bid on the
installation of a light on the top of the sledding hill. That bid is attached for your review and approval.
The bid includes running electric service to the location and providing accommodations for future lights along
the trail between the warming house and the hill.
COST AND SOURCE(S) OF FUNDING:
$7,110
REQUESTED ACTION:
Motion to recommend acceptance of the bid for the installation of a light on the sledding hill.

Zoom Videoconferencing
BACKGROUND AND SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION:
In response to the COVID 19 pandemic, the city is working towards virtual committee meetings, through Zoom
videoconferencing.
We will have a brief discussion on how this system will work going forward.
Prior to this meeting, a city staff member will reach out to each of you to review the Zoom platform and do a
practice meeting with you.
