RESOLUTION #21-
A RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the City of Centerville approved a preliminary plat for Sutton Transport.
WHEREAS, Rehbein Properties and R&R Leasing desire to sell and develop land for the Sutton
Transport Plat.
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it would be in the best interest of the City to
enter into the Development Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit A.
WHEREAS, the City Council authorizes the City Attorney to make amendments to the
Development Agreement as necessary such that they do not change or alter the intent of the
Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Centerville City Council does hereby, approve
the Development Agreement, hereto attached as Exhibit A.
PASSED AND DULY ADOPTED this 22ND day of September 2021 by the City Council of the
City of Centerville.

CONSENT TO GRANT OF PERMANENT EASEMENT
Lakes Area Bank, which holds a mortgage on all or part of the property more particularly
described in the foregoing Grant of Permanent Easement, which mortgages are as follows:
Modification of Mortgage dated December 7, 2005, and recorded January 3, 2006, as
Document No 1980973.021, with the office of the County Recorder for Anoka County,
Minnesota;
Modification of Mortgage dated December 8, 2004, and recorded January 19, 2005, as
Document No 1972258.008, with the office of the County Recorder for Anoka County,
Minnesota; and,
Mortgage dated December 8, 2003, and recorded February 4, 2002, as Document No
1895120.0, with the office of the County Recorder for Anoka County, Minnesota.
And, for good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficient of which is hereby
acknowledged, does hereby join in, consent, and is subject to the foregoing Grant Permanent
Easement.

Legal Description of Property Being Developed, situated in Anoka County, Minnesota:
The Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, Section 24, Township 31, Range 22, except the
East 410 feet of the South 345 feet thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota.
Except the south 342.75 feet of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 24,
Township 31, Range 22, lying Westerly of the East 410.00 feet thereof, Anoka County,
Minnesota.
Except that part platted as Royal Industrial Park, Anoka County Minnesota. Abstract property.
This parcel is now known as the Preliminary Plat for Sutton Transport.
AND
The South 30.00 feet of the East 385.00 feet of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest
Quarter of Section 24, Township 31, Range 22, Anoka County, Minnesota.
