RESOLUTION #21-____
A RESOLUTION APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
FOR SHINGLE CREEK CAPITAL, LLC
WHEREAS, the City of Centerville Planning and Zoning Commission recommends the City
Council grant Shingle Creek Capital, LLC, a Conditional Use Permit to operate a building supply
sales establishment with outside storage.
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it would be in the best interest of the City to
Grant the attached Conditional Use Permit.
WHEREAS, the City Council authorizes the City Attorney to make amendments to the Conditional
Use Permit as necessary such that they do not change or alter the intent of the Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Centerville City Council does hereby, approve
the attached Conditional Use Permit.

PASSED AND DULY ADOPTED this 10 day of November, 2021 by the City Council of the
City of Centerville.
