SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING &
CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION
MONDAY, DECEMBER 13, 2021
6:30 P.M.
SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING (6:35 PM)
I. CALL TO ORDER
1. Roll Call
Present were Mayor Love, Council Members Lakso, Koski, Mosher and King. City Attorney Glaser
was also present.
II. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
III. APPROVAL OF AGENGA
IV. RECESS TO CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION
Motion by Council Member Lakso, seconded by Council Member Mosher to recess to a Closed
Executive Session to review the performance and pay of the City Administrator at 6:38 p.m. All
in favor. Motion carried.
I. Annual Performance Review
Discussion were had regarding monthly reviews with the Personnel Committee, and the overall
performance of the Administrator throughout the year.
II. Salary Adjustment Consideration
Discussions were had regarding the Administrator’s successful performance review and proposed salary
adjustment considerations.
V. RECONVENE TO OPEN SESSION
Motion by Council Member Koski, seconded by Council Member King to reconvene to open
session. All in favor. Motion carried.
VI. AGENDA ITEMS
1. Consider action related to City Administrator’s Performance and Pay
Salary considerations were previously discussed in Closed Executive Session.
Motion by Council Member Koski, Seconded by Council Member King to increase the City
Administrator’s salary to $125,000/annually commencing January 1, 2022. All in favor. Motion
carried.
Motion by Council Member Koski, Seconded by Council Member King to close the Executive
Session at 7:30 p.m. All in favor. Motion carried.
