MN Moves integrates physical activity into daily routines such as walking or bicycling for recreation, occupation, or transportation. MN Moves policies and practices in community design, land use, site planning, and facility access have proven effective to increase levels of physical activity. To support MN moves in the community setting, Anoka County SHIP will reimburse the City of Centerville up to $6,000 for hydration station drinking fountains and $2,500 for bike repair stations to increase accessibility in the parks. • Anoka County SHIP will reimburse the City of Centerville for the purchase of hydration station drinking fountains (up to $6,000). • Anoka County SHIP will reimburse the City of Centerville for the purchase of bike repair stands (up to $2,500). • The City of Centerville will be responsible for installation of the benches and any related expenses. • The City of Centerville will be responsible for any costs related to maintaining the benches, including any expenses related to repairs or replacement. • The City of Centerville will foster ongoing communication with Anoka County SHIP and participate in evaluation activities/provide data as needed.
