Hi Paul,
I have you on the schedule for this Thursday for mike to come back and finish boiler work. Should be
there between 8:30 & 9:00 am.
I told Tom again that you want to get on schedule for those fountains. He will try and get a date figured
out soon. It’s a big job with digging and installing, so Im sure he needs to get it worked in with our
other ongoing jobs. I will try and get an answer on that soon for you. I did tell him you want it done in
May for sure!
Thanks,

Subject: Boiler & fountains
Hello Tom – Please let me know when the crews will be back to complete the boiler systems so we
can test it before it gets too warm. I also want to nail down a date for the two water fountain
installations as we approved the project and received the fountains June of 2023. The Park &
Recreation committee would like to see these installed before June of this year. Please let me know
when this will be scheduled. Thanks, Paul

Dear Theresa and Heidi,
I am very happy to be part of your team and improve together our city.
I visited Royal Meadows Park and Acorn Creek Park.
These parks are in very dangerous condition for children and demand our immediate
attention. They are in need of repair.
You can see a lot of rusty parts coming apart on the playground. During the play on the
Royal Meadows Park my son almost torn his pants on the rusty broken steps while climbing
up the stairs. In summer it will be even more dangerous because kids will have short shorts
etc. I attached the pictures.
Maybe there is a warranty from the manufacturer on these playgrounds? When was the last
time that any repair has been done?
Besides that, there is a hornet nest on the tree directly near the public bathroom (to the
right of the bathroom) in the Royal Meadows Park.
I also visited Eagle Park. It is in good condition overall but it badly needs fresh wood chips
as other two Parks: Royal Meadows Park and Acorn Creek Park.
Looking forward to discuss these issues in the future.
Yours sincerely,
Katya Port

Good Morning!
I received your question regarding ASCAP, BMI and SESAC Licenses. Yes, we do pay all three of them
to ensure full compliance, as they all represent different copyright holders (songwriters, composers,
and publishers).
If you have any further questions, please let me know and I am happy to help.
Take care!

It may be able to be utilized for Music in the Park, but that is nothing new.
So this is what we have been looking for for CornerStone Park
Visit this website: https://fioretrees.com/
They are very expensive and I am not sure that they will fit into an allowable “art piece” to qualify for
the grant.
Sincerely,
Teresa
