<br /> <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />May 14, 2025 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City of Centerville held their Work Session prior to their <br />Regularly Scheduled Council Meeting of May 28, 2025, commencing at 5:00 p.m. The Council held <br />their regularly scheduled City Council Meeting at 6:30 p.m., in Council Chambers. The regularly <br />scheduled meeting (6:30 p.m.) was live streamed by North Metro TV. <br /> <br />COUNCIL MEETING <br /> <br />I. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Golden called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />1. Roll Call <br /> <br />Approved <br />PRESENT: Mayor Nancy Golden <br />Council Member Russ Koski <br />Council Member Darrin Mosher – Via Zoom <br />Council Member Anita Rios <br />Council Member Kubat <br />Junior Council Member Sophie Wynn (Non-Voting) <br /> <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />STAFF: Interim City Administrator, Athanasia Lewis <br /> Bruce DeJong, Finance Director <br /> City Attorney, Kurt Glaser <br /> Engineering, Kellie Schlegel <br /> <br /> <br />II. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> <br />III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Mayor Golden provided an opportunity for staff and council to add or delete items. Interim City <br />Administrator Lewis stated that there are no additions to the agenda but there are a couple of revised <br />documents. She stated that the first one is on the consent agenda and there’s a recommendation for copy <br />machines for Public Works and City Hall. The second item would be the 1421 Mound Trail variance <br />proposal request. There were revised drawings that needed to be entered into the record and a revised <br />finding from our planner’s report that is to clarify terminology regarding the front set back. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Kubat, seconded by Council Member Rios to Approve the Set Agenda, <br />as presented. Roll-Call: Council Member Rios, Council Member Kubat, Council Member Koski, <br />Council Member Mosher, Mayor Golden. Motion carried. <br /> <br />IV. APPOINTMENTS & PRESENTATIONS <br /> <br />1.
