<br />Approved <br /> <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />STRATEGIC PLANNING WORK SESSION MEETING <br />MAY 28, 2026 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City of Centerville City Council held a Strategic Planning <br />Work Session meeting at 5:00 p.m. in Council Chambers. <br /> <br />WORK SESSION MEETING <br /> <br />I. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />1. Roll Call <br /> <br />PRESENT: Mayor Nancy Golden <br />Councilmember Linda Broussard Vickers <br />Council Member Russ Koski <br />Council Member Anita Rios <br /> <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />STAFF: Administrator Athanasia Lewis <br />Finance Director Bruce DeJong <br />Public Works Director Charlie Lehn <br />City Clerk Teresa Bender <br /> <br />Mayor Golden called the meeting to order at 5:02 p.m. <br /> <br />II. ITEMS OF DISCUSSION <br /> <br />1. 2026-2027 - Goals <br /> <br /> Organizational Resilience <br />a. Develop Action Strategies for Goal <br /> Fiscal Sustainability <br />a. Develop Action Strategies for Goal <br /> City Infrastructure <br />a. Develop Action Strategies for Goal <br /> <br />Administrator Lewis again utilized the Homerun Leadership® Innovation software zeroing in on action <br />strategies for obtaining the three goals determined by council as stated above. Input was taken from all <br />that participated and a comprehensive listing was derived for obtaining and refining the goals. <br /> <br />Staff will consolidate information and meet with council in the near future. <br /> <br />III. ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Koski, seconded by Council Member Broussard Vickers to adjourn the <br />meeting at 7:43 p.m. All in favor.
