STRATEGIC PLANNING WORK SESSION MEETING
MAY 28, 2026
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City of Centerville City Council held a Strategic Planning
Work Session meeting at 5:00 p.m. in Council Chambers.
WORK SESSION MEETING
I. CALL TO ORDER
1. Roll Call
PRESENT: Mayor Nancy Golden
Councilmember Linda Broussard Vickers
Council Member Russ Koski
Council Member Anita Rios
ABSENT: None
STAFF: Administrator Athanasia Lewis
Finance Director Bruce DeJong
Public Works Director Charlie Lehn
City Clerk Teresa Bender
Mayor Golden called the meeting to order at 5:02 p.m.

1. 2026-2027 - Goals
Organizational Resilience

a. Develop Action Strategies for Goal
City Infrastructure
a. Develop Action Strategies for Goal
Administrator Lewis again utilized the Homerun Leadership® Innovation software zeroing in on action
strategies for obtaining the three goals determined by council as stated above. Input was taken from all
that participated and a comprehensive listing was derived for obtaining and refining the goals.
Staff will consolidate information and meet with council in the near future.
III. ADJOURNMENT
Motion by Council Member Koski, seconded by Council Member Broussard Vickers to adjourn the
meeting at 7:43 p.m. All in favor. Motion carried.
