The City Council of Centerville, Minnesota met in a closed session on Wednesday,
September 13, 2006, at 7:35 p.m. in City Hall. Present were Mayor Mary Capra, Council
members Richard Terway, Michelle Lakso, Tom Lee and Jeff Paar. Also present was
Administrator Dallas Larson. The purpose of the closed meeting was to discuss labor
negotiation with public works employees-Union Local 49.
The Council reviewed the list of issues proposed by Local 49 relating to a new labor
agreement for 2007-2009. The Council provided guidance to the City Administrator on
what they would be willing to approve in a new labor agreement. The meeting was
reopened to the public at 8:50 p.m. This being the last item of business, the meeting was
duly adjourned at 8:51 p.m.
