RESOLUTION 01 - 022
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING KENNEDY & GRAVEN AND JURAN &
MOODY TO RESPOND TO THE MINNESOTA STATE AUDITOR'S TIF AUDIT
FOR 2001 REQUEST FOR INFORMATION
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Centerville authorize Kennedy & Graven
and Juran & Moody to respond to the Minnesota State Auditor's TIF Audit for 2001
request for information on behalf of the City of Centerville; and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that on October 30, 2001 the Centerville
City Council authorized Kennedy & Graven and Juran & Moody to respond to the
Minnesota State Auditor's TIF Audit for 2001 request for information on behalf of the
City of Centerville.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted this 30th day of
October, 2001.

RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PEBSCO/USCM CLEARING
ACCOUNT/NATIONWIDE SOLUTIONS TO RELEASE INFORMATION
REGARDING THE CITY OF CENTERVILLE'S DEFERRED COMPENSATION
PARTICIPATION TO ITS REPRESENTATIVE ABDO, ABDO, EICK AND
MEYERS
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Centerville authorizes PEBSCO/USCM
Clearing AcountlNationwide Solutions to release information regarding the City of
Centerville's deferred compensation participation to its representative Abdo, Abdo, Eick
and Meyers; and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that on October 30, 2001 the Centerville
City Council authorizes PEBSCOIUSCM Clearing AcountlNationwide Solutions to
release information regarding the City of Centerville's deferred compensation
participation to its representative Abdo, Abdo, Eick and Meyers.
