Present were Mayor Capra, Council members Tom Lee, Linda Broussard-Vickers, Jeff
Paar, and Michelle Lakso.
Patrick Branch, 1618 Hunter's Ridge Lane appeared before the Council to be considered
for appointment to the Park and Recreation Committee. The Council asked Mr. Branch a
number of questions to better understand his qualifications and interest in serving on the
P&R Committee. He has experience in working in the public sector in the Air Force and
as a Pentagon Employee. He expressed a desire to participate in public affairs and as a
frequent user of trails and parks, specifically to be involved in park and recreation
matters. The council was satisfied with his answers and his qualifications.
The meeting was adjourned at approximately 6:30 p.m.
