The Council will consider the improvement in accordance with the report and the assessment of the benefiting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated cost of $8,000,000. 2. The Council finds that the proposed improvement has no relationship to the Comprehensive Plan since the project is primarily reconstruction and improvement of existing streets, and therefore will not require review by the Planning and Zoning Commission, 3. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the _ day of , 2008, in the St Genevieve Parish Community Center at p.m. and the Administrator shall give such mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
