City Council 9-28-05 8:15 p.m. Work Session Minutes. Present were Mayor Mary Capra,
Council members Jeff Paar, Michelle Lakso, and Tom Lee. Also present was City
Attorney Jim Hoeft. Absent was Council member Richard Terway.
1.The Council continued review of the draft City Code, chapters relating to
building, zoning, flood plain, subdivision and erosion control. The Council
completed review of the draft City Code.
2.Review of the Personnel Policy was deferred due the later hour.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:10 p.m.
