Pursuant to due call and notice thereot: the Planning and Zoning Connnission of the City
of Centerville held its regularly scheduled meeting at City Hall, 1880 Main Street.

Acting chairperson A LaMotte called the meeting to order at 6:33 p.m.

APPOINTMENT OF PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION

APPOINTMENT OF BARRY BRAINARD TO THE PLANNING AND ZONING
COMMISSION
Chair Hanson swore Barry Brainard of 1853 Revoir Street onto the Planning and Zoning
Connnission.

Mr. Scott Burket was present to request the Connnission's approval for the construction
ofa 19,800 square foot building to be placed between R+R Leasing and Reel

~ufilcturing in the Industrial Park. The potential building would allow tenants to lease
space.
A lot split was previously requested and approved for this property, but the owner fiWed
to record the lot split. The property is currently zoned B-1 commereial. The proposed
building and lot size exceed the minimum requirements.
A discussion was held between the commi~n and Mr. Burket. Many items were
discussed, including building uses, signage, tenant types, 1i~, trash receptacles and
the surrounding parcels. The commission agreed on the proposed request made by Mr.
Burket.

BOWEN LOT SPLIT
The lot split request property is for the wetland that exists at the end of Clearwater Creek
where the water discharges into Peltier Lake. Three property owners adjacent to the
proposed property are splitting the purchase of the property. The commission approved
the lot split so the purchase can be recorded at Anoka County.
