Work Session Minutes. City Council 08-24-2005, 5:30 p.m. Present were Mayor Maty
Capra, Council members JeffPaar, Tom Lee, Michelle Lakso, and Richard Terway. Also
present were City Attorney Jim Hoeft and Finance Director John Meyer.
Summary of Meeting
1. The Council spent substantial time reviewing the draft city code and completed

construct and finance r: 1 Avenue and Fairview Avenue if some
Tax Increment Finan . 11 . . ded on a "pay as you go" basis. The next step
in order to keep the' ving would be to apply for watershed and Army
Corp of Engineer permits for the backage road and related wetland mitigation. He
matter will be placed on the next council agenda.
3. The Personnel Policy was deferred to September.
