HomeMy WebLinkAbout1985-02-19 Minutes Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Planning
and Zoning Committee held a special meeting on February
19, 1985 in City Hall. Chairman Tourville called the
meeting to order at 7:05 P.M. Present: Buesseler,
Lindgren. Absent: Welk, Murray.
Correction to February 5, 1985, meeting minutes on page
1, last paragraph. "Rezoning matter was tabled by Planning
and Zoning Commission until next meeting." Motion by
Lindgren, second by Buesseler to approve the minutes
of the February 5, 1985 meeting as corrected, motion
carried.
Discussion on rezoning of property at 6805 - 20th Avenue
South. Copies of minutes from Public Hearing on this
matter were distributed to Planning and Zoning members.
Rezoning tabled until next meeting, when it will be
reviewed relative to the floodplane.
Clerk will get copies of ordinances to Planning and
Zoning members.
Animal ordinance tabled until next meeting.
Discussion on choosing an assistant chairman was tabled until
the next meeting.
Motion by Lindgren, second by Tourville to send Peter
Buesseler to Workshop on Rezoning - March 7, motion
carried. Clerk will bring request to council meeting
on February 27, 1985.
Motion by Lindgren, second by Buesseler, to adjourn
meeting, motion carried. Meeting adjourned 9 :35 P.M.
