PLANNING AND ZONING MEETING
THURSDAY - NOVEMBER 8, 1984
PRESENT: Walter Prachar, Chairman Elmer Murray
Dan Tourville
ABSENT: Kathy Welk Bob Lindgren
Bob LaMotte Melvin Dupre
Chairman Prachar called the meeting to order at 9:10 PM
Dan Tourville will register to attend the 1984 Annual
Planning Institute.
New Planning and Zoning members are needed. Presently
there are seven (7) members - two (2) are inactive
(Kathy Welk & Bob LaMotte).
Motion by Prachar, second by Tourville to table the agenda
item - non - domestic animals until the next meeting.
Meeting adjourned at 9:30 PM.

Notice is hereby given that a hearing will
be held before the Planning and Zoning Committee
of the City of Centerville at the City Hall on the
8th day of November, 1984 at 7:00 p.m. to hear
all persons present upon a request to rezone the
east 740 feet of the south 265 feet of the SE 4

from commercial to industrial.
