PLANNING AND ZONING MEETING
TUESDAY - SEPTEMBER 6, 1984
PRESENT: Walter Prachar, Chairman Melvin Dupre
Elmer Murray Bob Lindgren
ABSENT: Kathy Welk Dan Tourville

Chairman Prachar called the meeting to order at 7:10 PM.
Appearance of Jeff Nottum - He would like to build a
solar enclosure around the existing step in the front
of his house, and needs a variance to do so.
Clerk will call Anoka County to check on highway setbacks.
Motion by Dupre, second by Lindgren to grant a variance to
Mr. Nottum on the basis that it would not be extended
closer to the highway, motion carried.
Appearance of Larry Cook - Discussion possibility of
building a pole barn in Mr. Cook's back yard. Committee
decided a variance was not needed, and he should apply
for a bulding permit without one.
Motion by Murray, second by Lindgren to adjourn meeting,
motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 8:30 PM.
