TUESDAY - JULY 10, 1984
PRESENT: Walter Prachar, Chairman Melvin Dupre

Chairman Prachar called the meeting to order at 7:17 PM.
Clerk read the public hearing notice on the preliminary
plat presentation of Peltier Lake Hills Addition #2.
This plat is 9.8 acres, 13 lots with legal description
as follows: Tract D, Registered Land Survey #65, Anoka County,
Minnesota. P & Z discussed plat with questions from the
audience. Motion by Dupre, second by Lindgren to am=
recommend approval of PELTIER LAKE HILLS ADDITION #2,
motion carried.
Motion by Dupre, second by Lindgren to adjourn meeting,
motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 7:45 PM.
