PLANNING AND ZONING MEETING
TUESDAY - AUGUST 2, 1983
PRESENT: Dan Tourville Walter Prachar
Bob Lindgren Elmer Murray
ABSENT: Bob LaMotte Kathy Welk

Meeting was called to order by the clerk at 7:00 PM. Bob
LaMotte, Chairman of P & Z has resigned because of health
reasons for the remainder of his term. Motion by Murray,
second by Lindgren to appoint Walter Prachar temporary
chairman of P & Z, motion carried.
Public hearing on preliminary plat of Royal Meadows
was held. Area is located north of Main Street on
20th Avenue. Total acres: 10.88; number of lots: 43;
minimum lot size is 7500 square feet, Discussion
held on the following: central well system being nstalled;
2/3 acre playground equipped with approximately $3,000.
of equipment, agreement with Gerald Rehbain on ponding
area; letter from Al L'Allier on drainage problem and
Rice Creek Watershed approval of plat (already approved).
Motion by Murray, second by Lindgren to approve preliminary
plat of Royal Meadows, motion carried.
motion by Lindgren, second by Murray to adjourn meeting,
motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 9:05 PM.
