PRESENT: Bob LaMotte, Chairman Bob Lindgren

ABSENT: Kathy Welk
Chairman LaMotte called the meetingto order at 7:00 PM
Meeting was called to discuss the manufactured housing
ordinance for the City of Centerville.
Motion by Prachar, second by Lindgren to revise Article
Two of Ordinance No. 4 proposing an R -4 Single Family
Manufactured Housing District - sewered, roll call taken:
Prachar, aye; Lindgren, aye; Ayers, aye; Murray, aye;
Dupre, aye; Tourville, aye; LaMotte, aye, motion carried.
Motion by Ayers, second by Prachar to recommend to the
City Council that the Comprehensive Plan for the City of
Centerville be amended to include R -4 Single Family
Manufactured Housing District - sewered, roll call taken:
Ayers, aye; Prachar, aye; Murray, aye; Lindgren, aye;
Dupre, aye; Tourville, aye; LaMotte, aye; motion carried.
Poll of P & Z was taken by Chairman that one (1) 10.8 acre
parcel be sufficient for R -4 Single Family Manufactured
Housing District:
Ayers, aye; Murray, aye; Prachar, aye; Lindgren,
aye; Tourville, aye; Dupre, aye; LaMotte, aye.
P & Z meeting scheduled for next Tuesday, April 19 at
7:00 PM to draw up amendments to Ordinance #4; draw up
manufactured housing district ordinance and to work on
amendment to Comprehensive Plan.
Motion by Dupre, second by Lindgren to adjourn meeting,
motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 9:10 pm.
