MARCH 1 - CENTERVILLE CITY HALL
Meeting called to order at 7:25 pm by Chairman LaMotte.
PRESENT: Kathy Welk Bob Lindgren
Dan Tourville Michael Ayers
ABSENT: Walter Prachar Melvin Dupre

Jeff and Jim Gardner appeared before P & Z with proposed
sketch for housing development on Mill Road off of' Main
Street. They would propose to develop the property as
a PUD. Proposal will include 54 townhomes, 16 zero lot
line units and 64 single family units making a total
of 134. Proposal is drown up on smaller lots than our
ordinance defines. They are also going to petition the
council for sewer service to a 13 acre portion of property
which is not serviced at present, density would be
3.71 /acre. Discussion followed.
Motion by Lindgren, second by Welk to adjourn meeting,
motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 9:25 pm.
