Elmer Murray Walter Prachar
ABSENT: Mel Dupre Michael Ayers
ALSO PRESENT: Joan Archer and Al Schrader
Meeting was devoted to procedure Futura Village would go
through in order to plat their property on 20th Avenue.
Murray withdrew his motion made at P & Z meeting on February 1st.
Motion by Murray, second by Lindgren to approve concept of
Futura Village as presented on February 8th, roll call taken:
Murray, aye; Lindgren, aye; Prachar, aye; Tourville, aye;
Welk, aye; LaMotte, aye; motion carried.
Suggestion by Joan Archer: Call our City Attorney to ask
his legal opinion on Futura Village requesting a special use
permit under Ordinance #4, B -1 Commercial District, to process
F.V. under PUD portion to create a Mobiel Home Park to be
platted according to Article #5, PUD Developments.
Motion by Murray, second by Prachar to adjourn meeting,
motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 9:40 PM.
