Mr. Jerry Fischer from Parkview Realty appeared before P & Z
with reference to Lots 4, 5, 6, Block 1, Burque's Addition
No. 1. Mr. Earl Kruger is building a home on Lot 5. Mr.
Dale Larson, 1580 Peltier Lake Drive, Lot 3, Block 1, Burque's
Addition No.1 and Mr. Kruger wish to purchase Lot 4, 2 going
to each. Lot 3 dimensions would then be 1122 x 172.05 and
Lot 5 would be 1122 x 176.31. The parcel owners were made
aware from P & Z to make their combinations on the property
and the additional 372 feet would not be large enough to
build a home.
Motion by Dupre, second by Lindgren to grant split of Lot
4 and combination of Lot 3 and 2 of Lot 4, Lot 5 and a of
Lot 4, motion carried.
