PLANNING AND ZONING METING
Tuesday - September 1, 1981
City Hall - 7:00 PM
PRESENT: Charles Baumann, Chairman
Melvin Dupre Bob LaMotte
Charlie Cross Kathy Welk
Elmer Murray
ABSENT: Bob Lindgren Mike Lynch
Sonny DaBruzzi appeared before P & Z with preliminary
sketch of building he wishes to put up in Centerville
on his property on 20th Avenue.
The shop and office would be 100 x 6o with future
expansion in back of this building. P & Z had no
problem with sketch, council should look at blue
print of building along with City Engineer.
Balance of meeting was spent on working up revised
Ordinance #
Next meeting will be September 15th at 7:00 PM.
Motion by LaMotte, second by Baumann to adjourn, motion
carried. Meeting adjourned at 9:15 pm.
