PLANNING AND ZONING MEETING
Tuesday - August 4, 1981
PRESENT: Chuck Baumann, Chairman Kathy Welk
Bob LaMotte Elmer Murray
Mel Dupre
ABSENT: Michael Lynch Bob Lindgren

Chairman Baumann called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM.
Mrs. Jack Herdina of 7095 Brian Drive appeared with
request for variance to Ordinance if10, Section II,
RESIDENTIAL, paragraph G - REAR YARD REQUIREMENTS.
They are constructing a storage building, 22 x 12.
Motion by LaMotte, second by Dupre to grant variance
to ORDINANCE #10, Section II, RESIDENTIAL, paragraph
G - REAR YARD REAUIREMENTS, motion carried. Reason
for variance is rear yard setback would be 15 feet.
Recommendation from P & Z to submit proposed ordinance
repealing Ordinance #10 to City Council for review.
Balance of meeting was spent in work session on
new zoning ordinance.
Next scheduled meeting would be August 18th, 7:00 pm.
