PLANNING AND ZONING MnmTING
Tuesday - March 17 - 7:00 PM

Chairman Baumann called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm.
GARDNER ESTATES preliminary plat (revised) was presented
to P & Z. P & Z went over the three items the council
had specified at their meeting on the llth. Revised
preliminary plat showed a jog in Dorothy Street, the
eight corner lots now 110 x 150, the 13 acre piece that
is unsewered is now called GARDNER ESTATES - 2nd ADDITION,
and will not be part of this plat.
They still do not have the drainage or ponding problem
taken care of. They will have to draw up some kind of
drainage plan for submission to the council for approval.
The plat is now 23 acres and 50 lots. After considerable
discussion, motion by Cross, second by Dupre, to approve
the concept of GARDNER ESTATES contingent on a letter from
Mr. Short and Mr. Williams with their recommendations on
the plat, contingent on solving the ponding problem or
approved drainage plan, contingent on Rice Creek Watershed
approval, motion carried.
Balance of meeting was spent going over the proposed
Ordinance #10.
Meeting adjourned at 9:35 pm. Next P & Z meeting will
be April 7 at 7:00 pm.
