August 5, 1980 - 7:00 PM

Representatives of Timber Ridge Development were in attendance
and presented P & Z with soil boring results, floor plans of
the homes they build and request preliminary plat presentation
on Tuesday, September 2, 1980. Clerk will publish notice
and also request presence of building inspector at hearing.
Royce Arvidson appeared before board requesting variance
for lot split of PLAT 27851 - PARCEL 2320. Split would
involve one lot being 93.33 x 125.17 and other lot 194 x 100.
Reason for split being it is not feasible to plat. Motion by
Dupre, second by Lindgren to recommend council grant variance
to Ordinance #15, Section 6, (10) for lot split, motion carried.
Next P & Z meeting is September 2, 1980 at 7:00 pm.
Meeting adjourned at 9:20 pm.
