Meeting was called to order at 7 :00 pm.
Representatives of the Timber Ridge Development Company
were in attendance with preliminary sketch of a 10 acre
plat off of Main Street and 20th Avenue.
The plat included 41 home sites, 7800 square feet lots,
and discussion was held on the plat.
Being there were only 4 members in attendance, the
Timber Ridge Development Company representatives are
returning to the June 3rd P & Z meeting for further
discussion.
Clerk will advise Council, and Building Inspector to be
in attendance at meeting.
Meeting adjourned at 9:30 pm.
