Purpose of meeting was to hold public hearing on the City
Comprehensive Plan. Clerk read the notice of public hearing.
Chairman Limny outlined the background concerning our city
plan to the audience.
Mr. Bill Short, City Planner, presented the comprehensive
plan in detail and how each category was addressed.
Questions from the Floor: Norm Fritchie and Floyd Kruger.
Bob Lamotte made a motion for P & Z to recommend the City Council
unofficially adopt the Comprehensive Plan as it exists with
those changes that they have discussed over the last couple
of months, subject to review by the County, School District,
Lino Lakes and DNR, Tom Wilharber seconded it, motion carried.
Hearing adjourned at 9:00 pm.
Next scheduled P & Z meeting will be Tuesday, April 15th.
