PLANNING AND ZONING MEETING
TUESDAY, MAY 1, 1979
PRESENT: Frank Zimny, Chairman
Melvin Dupre Ray Murray
Jerry Sundberg Joe Perkowski (late)
Tom Wilharber Bob LaMotte (late)
Walter Prachar, liaison
ABSENT: Bob Lindgren
Messrs. Schifsky and Schmidt were in attendance with
maintenance and management schedule for a mobile home
park. After discussion Mr. Schifsky requested a
rezoning for the property in question for the park.
Public hearing on rezoning will be held at the next
P & Z meeting, June 4th.
Mr. Bill Short appeared before council and
1. Reviewed the draft of the comprehensive city plan
2. Discussed proposed land use plan.
3. Preliminary work and suggestions covering parks,
sewers, streets.
4. Handed out information on mobile home parks.
Meeting adjourned at 10:45 pm.
