PLANNING & ZONING MEETING - Tuesday, February 6, 1979

The meeting was called to order at 7:00 pm.
Gerald Rehbein brought in preliminary sketch of plat, part
of East 24 rods of the NW*, NE*, Section 23, Township 31 North,
Range 22 West, Anoka County, Minnesota consisting of 20 lots,
10 acres.
The Housing Data of Centerville was finalized. It consists
of 119 Class 1 homes, 36 Class 2 homes, 22 Class 3 homes.
Majority of Class 3 homes are in the core of the City. Clerk
will send information to Mr. Short, who will be at the March
6th meeting.
Discussion was held concerning John reterson property south of
Main Street. Mr. Steve Issacson of Dakota Homes, Mr. L. A.
Deets of Town and Jountry Mobile Home Park and another gentlemen
were in attendance.
Meeting adjourned at 9:30 pm.
