PLANNING AND ZONING MEETING
7:00 PM - December 5, 1978
Bob LaMotte called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm.
Mr. LaMotte submitted a letter of resignation as chairman
of the Planning and Zoning. Mr. Frank Zimny was nominated
chairman for 1979.
Mr. Short of Barton Aschman Associates and assistant Mary
Ellen Omdahl were in attendance and the Community Issues
Questionnaire was discussed.
Meeting adjourned at 10:40 pm.

PLANNING AND ZONING MEETING
7:00 PM - January 9, 1979
Frank Zimny called the meeting to order at 7:30 PM.
The preliminary plat of Center Oaks #2 was submitted to
P & Z. After discussion, P & Z made a motion to accept
the preliminary plat pending approval of recommendations
of the City Engineer, approval of Rice Creek Watershed and
the City Council.
Gerald Rehbein appeared before P & Z with sketch of proposed
plat off of Main Street, - part of the mast 24 rods of the
NW* of the NE* of Section 23, Township 31 North, Range 22
West, Anoka County consisting of 8 lots, 4 acres.
Mr. Short's Community Issues Objectives were discussed by
P & Z.
Next P & Z meeting will be Tuesday, February 6th.
Meeting adjourned at 9:15 pm.
