PLANNING AND ZONING MEETING
TUESDAY - November 14, 1978 - 7:00 pm.
PRESENT: Bob LaMotte, Chairman
Bob Lindgren Joe Perkowski
Mel Dupre Tom Wilharber
Frank Zimny Jerry Sundberg
Ray Murray Walter Prachar, liaison
Mr. Arthur Raudio and Rick Foster of John Oliver & Associates
presented preliminary sketch of Center Oaks #2 consisting of
44 lots with 22 acre park area. Discussion was held on
sketch and preliminary plat will be forthcoming. Joe Perkowski
made a motion to accept preliminary sketch of Center Oaks
#2, Mel Dupre seconded it, motion carried.
Balance of meeting was spent on discussing COMMUNITY ISSUES
QUESTIONNAIRE received from William Short, City planner.
Meeting adjourned at 10:00 pm.
