PLANNING AND ZONING MEETING
APRIL 4, 1978 - 7:00 PM

Fran Burque was in attendance requesting a variance on
a lot east of Koch house on Peltier Lake Drive. Variance
request was because of a metes and bounds description on lot.
P & Z recommended variance be granted.
Peltier Hills Addition preliminary sketch was presented
by Jim Husnick and Rich Granger. This sketch of proposed
plat includes 69 lots and plat be broken down into three
phases. Residents of Peltier Lake Drive were in attendance
requesting Peltier Lake Drive be left a dead end street.
Joe Perkowski moved the concept of Peltier Hills Addition
be approved by the Planning and Zoning, Ray Murray seconded
it, motion carried.
Lots included in Phase I of Husnick and Granger Plat be
as follows: Lots 1 and 2, 50, 51, 52, 53, 54, 55, 15, 16,
17, 18, 19, 20, 35, 43, 44, 45, 46, 48, 49, 63, 64, 65, 66,
67, 68, and 69. Change lines on lots 11, 12 and 13, plat
to include access from each end.
Lot split on Lots 4, 5 and 6 of Block 9 was requested by
William LaLonde. Split was described as follows: Tract
A - Lot 6, and the North z of Lot 5, Block 9, Centerville
Anoka County, Minnesota - 75' x 150'. Tract B - Lot 4,
and the south 2 of Lot 5, Block 9, Centerville, Anoka County
Minnesota - 75' x 150'. P & Z recommendation was to grant
variance for lot split on this property.
Meeting adjourned at 9:40 pm. Next meeting would be May 2.
