December 7, 1976 - 7:00 pm.

Discussion was held on situation of sewer line going in on
Peltier Lake Drive. Walt Williams attended meeting from
Carley Engineering and will draw up sketch showing sewer
line and the matter . of cutting down the hill between Jim
Sahlstrom and Mr. Micklichs' houses. This matter will be
taken up at a future meeting.
Discussion on Centerville Systems statement was held.
Meeting is to be set up for December 14 between P & 2,
Council and Mr. Ranta of the Metro Council to discuss
the statement further.
Walt Williams presented P & Z with engineer's sketch of
Center Oaks presenting five items to be discussed. P & Z
approved all five items Carley Engineering had proposed.
P & Z was shown Tract B of piece of property owned by
Al L'Allier requesting a variance because the property
is the last remaining lot in metes and bounds description
and not feasible to make a plat. P & Z recommended granting
the variance.
Meeting adjourned at 9:50 pm.
