recommended to Metro Council that the acreage in sewered area
be increased to 390 acres to include 40 acres of the Center

the entire sewered area with the exception of property that
was already platted.
P & Z recommended that the variance on Peterson and Leibel
property be granted by the council.
Meeting adjourned at 9:35 pm.
