Discussion was held on property next to Tom Wilharbers' home.
Jerry Wilharber was interested in building a home on same
property. It is an acre lot with 207.8 across fffiXfl of lot.

P & Z recommendation was to go along with his request and to
grant a variance to Ordinance 15 on his plat.
Hal Leibel was in attendance to inquire about getting a building
permit to put up a body shop and home on a 12 acre piece of
ground bordered by Leibel and the Anoka County park area.
Mr. Leibel was to contact Dave Torkildson, Park Director of
Anoka County for his approval and come back to P & Z with results.
