The meeting was called to order at 8:10 pm.
Mayor Prachar informed P & Z that Centerville was
included in the National Flood Insurance program.
Being in the flood hazard area means that if residents
do not avail themselves of the flood insurance and
there is a flood, they cannot get funds for damages.
MR. Henry Amundsen, Building Inspector, was in
attendance and went over the amendments to the
state building code. He recommended adopting
amendments to code with the exception of Chapters
2 and 3. P & Z also went over Lino Lakes building
fee schedule A. Ken Salin made a motion that P & Z
recommend adoption of Schedule A, Mel Dupre seconded
it, motion carried.
Ken Salin made a motion to adjourn meeting, Bob
LaMotte seconded it, motion carried. Meeting
adjourned at 10:15 pm.
