The meeting was called to order at 7:15 pm.
Messrs. John Houston, Ken Gust from HOUSTON ENGINEERING and
Frank Eberhardt appearred before P & Z with a preliminary
plot plan for a residential development. Development was
situated between County Roads 'f21 and 54. It is a 60 acre
piece, 3/4 mile long and 660' wide. It involves approximately
47 acres development, 6 acre park and 7 acres commercial,
88 lots in residential of approximately 1500 square feet
per lot. Print is on file in village hall. It involved
3 culdusacs - 2 150' and 1 100' - P & Z wanted the 100'
culdusac made bigger. Some problem on how the ditch from
Centerville Road would be taken care of, Houston was going
to talk to Cecil LaMotte about this. Houston also taking
print to Gotwold for his inspection.
Schedule for next month: Houston would bring finalized
Plat to P & Z on 1'e yuai'y 5, public hearing would be held
on February 12 and council meeting February 13.
Meeting adjourned at 10:15 pm.
