Meeting was called to order at 7 :05 pm.
1. Discussed proposed dwelling location of Fran Tourville.
a. Lot is large enough (183' x 200')
b. Road going into Wayne Wetterlinds is not a village
street. Tom Wilharber made motion to have Fran
Tourville get a written committment from adjacent
property owners as to future street development
before P & Z can approve building permit. Ken
Salin seconded it, motion carried.
2. Mr. Dale Keller representing Truex, Inc.:
a. Proposing to build a machine shop on five acres
adjacent and south of Ken Carpenter Body Shop on
20th Avenue.
b. 80' x 190' all steel building. Tom Wilharber
made motion to accept preliminary plans for Truex,
In. building on 20th, Gordy Rehbein seconded it,
motion carried.
3. Walter Prachar read a copy of proposed nuisance ordinance
for village.
Gordy Rehbein made a motion to adjourn meeting, Ken Salin
seconded it, motion carried.
Meeting adjourned at 9 :45 pm.
