Meeting was called to order at 7:30 pm.
Discussed Ken Carpenter - building addition on his body shop
5.5" concrete fire wall needed to be allowable for living in
addition. Ken wants to move his family into addition. The
fear is that if a fire or explosion should happen, they could
be trapped. If property is sold and the new owner would
live there, the village could be held responsible if some-
thing would happen. Joe LaCasse is going to talk to Dick
and Marge Carpenter (Ken's parents).
Wetlands Ordinance - needed to keep people from building on
flood plains, etc. Went through Village of Orono ordinance
to make it fit our purpose. Ordinance for Village of
Centerville to be made up.
Bob LaMotte said that he would like to have someone else
take over as chairman. Tabled for time being.
Meeting adjourned at 10:00 pm.
