Meeting was called to order at 8:30 pm.
Joe LaCasse brought up that our code doesn't have any
provision as to minimum 1st floor area for a dwelling of
177 floors. A party has requested a building permit to put
up a 11 story house with 800 square feet 1st floor area.
Commercial codes should be worked on as to: 1. types of
buildings, 2. fencing around buildings, 3. property should
be able to be beautified.
Joe Domagala from Pipkorn ''J. E. Manufacturing and Wire
Products company attended meeting to check on possibility
of starting a plant around here. Wanted to know about
zoning in area, building codes, sewer, water, etc.
Meeting adjourned at 10:15 pm.
