Meeting was called to order at 8:05 pm.
Covered letter from Milner W. Carley & Associates.
1. Lot, Block 2 - could leave at 95' frontage if house
is built at an angle. This should be in writing to Village
Council.
2. Plan and profile for streets are needed before ok can
be given.
3. Temporary turnarounds are ready for filing.
4. Bond should be set up for streets. Could be reduced
after street is to grade.
5. Streets will only be partially built until after sanitary
sewer is in. Built to grade with some gravel base.
George Gotwold said sewer plans are in limbo at present time.
We will need to work on land use map.
Bills from Milner W. carley & Associates for work on Schilling -
Parent plat are to be collected from the plat owners.
Meeting adjourned at 10:55 pm.
