Meeting called to order at 7 :15 pm.
Meeting called to have village reconsider motion on
acceptance of Jim Stevens proposition. Street lines being
the main topic. Jim agreed to set a 30' easement on the
east side of plat 419' longto make a street for 3 lots. Fran
Burque made motion to accept, Mel Dupre seconded it, all voted
yes, accepted.
Discussed Parent Schilling plat.. Mel Dupre and Jim Schilling
lines do not agree.
Recommendations: Street entries - who to pay for street -
property line settlement.
Gordy brought legal description of Brian Street - will bring
to village council meeting.
Next P & Z meeting December 4, 1172.
Meeting adjourned 9 :07 pm.
