Percolation tests - Jerry Parent new construction on east
side of Mill Road.
Ground water is when your surface water starts coming into
the hole. Lino has certified engineer - cost is from $150 to
$250, Twin City Testing - Ron Harless of Anoka $40 to $60,
check on Gary Barott.
Jerry Boyd issues red, tag only after notifying owner and
giving him a chance to rectify it before issuing a red tag.
Lino gives 14 days after issuance of red tag.
Plumbing inspector effective as of June 21, 1972.
Suggested that the inspector get tags for issuance.
Copies of permits - who issues - owners that are platting
property should have a percolation test before a plat is
accepted. Then present results to village engineer.
Both building inspector and plumbing inspector should check
a percolation and location of building site before a building
permit is issued.
Adopt state building and plumbing code by reference?
Fee for inspectors
July 1 is start date of state code
Plumbing inspector in Lino gets 80% of fee?
